The existing design is fully removed, and the roller surface is reprocessed to create a new embossing design. We accept rollers of any size, depending on material condition and application requirements. This service is provided strictly on a job work basis, where the customer supplies the roller. Rollers are received against proper receipt, inspected, redesigned using precision machining and engraving methods, and returned after completion.
